If you were to describe Aaron Mogàdam, founder and president of Diemention2 in a couple of words, diversity and experience would probably be top of of your list.
Fluent in two languages and passable in two more (as he describes it), Aaron's linguistic skills and easy going style have been helping small businesses and small business start-ups for more than a decade.
Companies in Vancouver, Toronto, Calgary, Brussels, Antwerp, Rotterdam, Paris, Milan, Luxemburg, Capetown, Guernsey, and even Ulaanbaattar, Mongolia (yes, Mongolia) have all tapped into Aaron's wealth of experience to make them more successful and boost the bottom line.
"The experience I've gained in dealing with a diverse client base, can often be implemented to benefit my other clients," states Aaron, "It's surprising how many seemingly insurmountable challenges that a client runs into, have been already met and successfully dealt with by another client half way around the world."
In addition, Aaron backs up this diversity and experience with a rock-solid background in business management and finance that includes a B.B.A., M.Sc in Mathematical Statistics, and a Certificate in Actuarial Mathematics. He is also a Chartered Accountant.
He honed these skills as an instructor at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver Canada, Chair of Mathematics and Computer Science at Coquitlam College in Vancouver, Canada, as well as stints with two of the "big four" accounting firms and a major bank before founding Diemention2.
"Helping small and start-up businesses has always been a passion of mine and creating Diemention2 has helped me realize this dream," Aaron continues, "I really like getting up in the morning."
